About Rakit Kala

We assemble
what is available
into what
is needed.

That sentence is our mission, and it is deliberately unglamorous. Most organisations do not need more technology. They need the technology they already have, plus a few well-chosen new parts, joined properly and made to last.

Why we exist

Too much
is built
for the demo.

Across Indonesia, businesses pay for systems that look finished at the handover meeting and start failing a few months later. The vendor has moved on, nobody can read the code, and the data lives in three places that disagree. We started Rakit Kala to build the other way: slower to impress, faster to trust, and still standing years later.

What we believe

What we believe

  1. #1

The right parts beat new parts.

Good engineering starts with an inventory, not a blank page.

  2. #2

    Durability is a feature.

If a system cannot be maintained by someone else, it is not finished.

  3. #3

    People stay responsible.

Technology carries the weight. People decide where it goes, and they should understand what they are standing on.

  4. #4

    Time is the real test.

We measure our work in years of use, not in launch-day applause.

Who we are

The people
you meet

Rakit Kala Teknologi is a tech company based in Yogyakarta, founded in 2026 by Firhan Mahdi Ramadhani. We are a small team of engineers and designers, and we intend to stay small enough that the people you meet are the people who build.

The name

Behind
the name.

Rakit is Indonesian for a raft, and merakit means to assemble. Kala is time. The mark is three poles held by one continuous loop: parts that are stronger together, and time that keeps moving. It is a raft seen from above, and a reminder that what we assemble has to hold as time passes over it.
